By creating a NomadEMS account, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use NomadEMS.
NomadEMS is a career platform for EMS professionals seeking flexible, travel-based, and unconventional work. Depending on your membership tier, the platform may include: a searchable opportunity database (US and international travel/flight/ wildland EMS contracts), an application tracker, a resource library, an in-app community and private messaging, and a personalized licensing and career-eligibility tool.
The licensing and career-eligibility information on NomadEMS is informational only. It is not legal, regulatory, or licensing advice, may be incomplete or out of date, and does not replace verifying requirements directly with the relevant state or national licensing body. NomadEMS makes no guarantee that any job listing, credential requirement, or eligibility assessment shown on the platform is complete or current.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credential, license, and certification information up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
NomadEMS operates as a professional network. By default, your professional profile — career information such as certification level, years of experience, specialties, and licensed states, never your personal contact information — is visible to other NomadEMS members (Provider Directory) and to NomadEMS-approved employers (Employer Discovery), who may send you a connection request. You can turn either of these off independently at any time from your Profile settings. Your personal contact information is never shared with another member or an employer through either of these — it is shared with an employer only if you explicitly accept a connection request.
Some features require a paid NomadEMS Premium membership, billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Stripe; NomadEMS does not store your full payment card details. You can view your billing history and cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard's billing management link. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
If you use the NomadEMS community or messaging features, you agree to follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content, suspend posting privileges, or restrict an account that violates those guidelines or these Terms.
You retain ownership of the profile information, documents (such as resumes or license/certification files), and community posts or messages you submit. You grant NomadEMS the right to store and display that content as needed to operate the platform — for example, showing your community posts to other members, or using your uploaded documents to verify a credential you submit for review.
NomadEMS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any opportunity listing, employer, licensing information, or career-eligibility assessment is accurate, complete, or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NomadEMS and NomadEMS LLC are not liable for employment decisions, licensing outcomes, or other actions you take based on information on the platform.
You may stop using NomadEMS at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to other members or the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms as NomadEMS changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use NomadEMS after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
