Providers control when their information is shared. A provider's professional profile reaches you when they express interest in your role; their contact details reach you only after they accept your connection request.

How Candidate Credits work

You spend one Candidate Credit when you choose to Recruit a specific provider. That opens a recruiting relationship with that provider — messaging and your candidate workspace — for 30 days. Submitting a hiring need, searching the network, seeing your matches, and reviewing qualified candidates are all free.

The same provider counts once within a 30-day window, even if you consider them for more than one of your hiring needs — and managing the resulting deployment never uses a second credit. One-time purchased Candidate Credits never expire; credits included with an optional monthly subscription expire at the end of each billing period.
