Is posting an opportunity free?
Yes. Approved employers post opportunities for free. Posting never uses a Candidate Credit — every opportunity is reviewed before it goes live.
What is a Candidate Credit?
A Candidate Credit is what you spend to actively recruit one specific qualified, interested provider. One credit opens a recruiting relationship with that provider for 30 days.
When is a Candidate Credit used?
Only when you explicitly choose Recruit for an eligible provider. Submitting a hiring need, matching, a provider expressing interest, and reviewing qualified candidates are all free.
Do Candidate Credits expire?
One-time Candidate Credit packages never expire — use them whenever you're ready to recruit. Credits included with a monthly subscription expire at the end of each billing period; your one-time purchased credits always remain usable, with or without a subscription.
Is there a monthly plan?
Yes — an optional monthly subscription includes a set number of Candidate Credits each billing period, custom-quoted to your hiring volume. It's never required: you can buy one-time credit packages and recruit without any subscription. Contact us for a quote.
Do I pay to submit a hiring need or for matching?
No. Submitting a hiring need, NomadEMS matching it against the network, and browsing potential candidates are all free. You only spend a credit when you choose to Recruit.
Do I pay again when I create or manage a deployment?
No. Once you've recruited a provider, creating and managing the resulting deployment does not use a second Candidate Credit.
Does buying Candidate Credits guarantee a hire?
No. Candidate Recruiting is a recruiting service — NomadEMS does not guarantee a response, an interview, a hire, a placement, or a start. A credit opens the recruiting relationship; the hiring decision is always yours.
What's the difference between posting and Candidate Recruiting?
Posting advertises a specific opening to the NomadEMS audience for free. Candidate Recruiting is NomadEMS actively working your hiring need — matching, identifying interested providers, and confirming they're ready for review — and you recruit the ones you want with Candidate Credits.
Does Recruit automatically reveal a provider's email or résumé?
No. Recruiting opens messaging and your candidate workspace for that provider. A provider's account email and résumé are shared separately, only with the provider's consent — never automatically by spending a credit.
