Spotlight promotes one specific job to the NomadEMS audience — maximum visibility for that posting. Employer Partner is an ongoing recruiting workflow: you tell us who you need, we match against our provider network, run outreach, and facilitate introductions with the provider's consent — plus a candidate pipeline, interviews, and deployment tools. Spotlight gets your ad seen; Partner helps you find and connect with providers.
Do job listings include candidate sourcing or recruiting?
No. Standard, Featured, and Spotlight promote a listing to our audience — they don't source, match, qualify, or reach out to candidates. That's Employer Partner.
Do I need an account to post a job?
